Seasonal Transit Bus Route S1
Notice: Due to the current closure of Erieau Beach and Mitchell’s Bay Beach due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Seasonal Beach Bus is currently delayed until further notice.
The seasonal beach bus provides public transportation to Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie. Route S1 serves Chatham, Erieau and Mitchell’s Bay with stops in Grande Point, Pain Court, Charing Cross and Blenheim.
The service starts on the Friday of Victoria Day holiday weekend in May and continues though until Labour Day Monday in September. Route S1 will operate every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm.
